Cancellation terms for digital events No refunds will be issued for digital events. You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying reg@thirddoormedia.atlassian.net. Reselling registrations is not permitted. Please note: We only issue certificates of completion / certificate of attendance to those with legitimate registration credentials. Who can attend Third Door Media events are open to business professionals 18 years and over. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission at our in-person events. Third Door Media reserves the right to deny entry to any person it deems unqualified to attend, including but not limited to sales staff from marketing technology vendors and service providers. Your personal information By registering, you agree to receive e-mail notifications about future Third Door Media events and other Third Door Media products and services. Your e-mail address and contact information will be shared with exhibitors, sponsors and partners when you give explicit permission to do so, which includes: - checking the "permission to share my information" box during registration - allowing your badge to be scanned (in-person) - attending a session presented by an exhibitor (digital events) - adding a session produced by an exhibitor to your event agenda Use of your contact information by exhibitors is governed by the terms and conditions of their respective privacy policies. Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker. Third Door Media, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs of any attendee in promotional materials. Third Door Media, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Third Door Media events.
